Privacy policy
Effective October 28, 2026
This policy explains what information the DPS360 Pro website at dps360pro.com collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers this website only. Information that our customers enter into the DPS360 Pro software itself is handled under each customer's agreement with us.
What we collect
When you request a demo
The demo request form asks for your name, company, email address, and optionally your phone number, how many locators you have, and what you'd like to see. We get the same kind of information when you email sales@dps360pro.com.
When you visit the site
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It records things like the pages you view, how you got here, the type of device and browser you use, your approximate location (country or city, not your street address), and whether you sent a demo request or clicked Demo sign-in. Google Analytics does not record or store your IP address. We never send your name, email, phone number or company to Google Analytics.
Like every website, our hosting provider keeps short-term server logs (IP address, time and page requested) for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
- To answer your demo request, set up a demo, and follow up with you about DPS360 Pro.
- To understand which parts of the site are useful, and improve it.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone so they can market to you.
Cookies
Google Analytics places cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) to recognise repeat visits. They last up to two years. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site works the same without them.
The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers when the page opens.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run the site and our email: our web host, Google (Analytics and Fonts), and our email provider. They process information on our behalf. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to a buyer if the business is ever sold, under the same protections.
Where it's stored
Our website and email are hosted in the United States, and Google may process analytics data in the United States and other countries. If you're in Canada or elsewhere, your information may be stored and processed outside your country, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests and related emails as long as we need them to respond to you and follow up, then delete them unless the law requires us to keep them. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Email sales@dps360pro.com with "Privacy" in the subject line, and we'll respond within 30 days.
If you're in Canada and aren't satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
Security
The site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we limit who can see demo requests. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive information, like passwords or payment details, through the form or by email.
Children
This site is for businesses. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the effective date at the top.
